Returns

***Returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale items.***

Unhappy with your item? Drop us an email with your name and order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt. 

Returns are not free and are payable by the customer. We would advise you to keep proof of your return. Please place your order confirmation slip inside the packaging.  

Please note we only accept items that: 

• Are in their original condition. Products must not have been used or washed. 

• Have all tags in place. We are unable to accept any returns of items where the tags have been removed.

We aim to process your refund within 14 working days from receiving the item. 

If for any reason your item is faulty, do contact us via email and we can assist you further.
